We are looking forward to see you all in November!

Stall registrations for our Craft Fair 2022 have now closed! We are looking forward to seeing you all on the 11th of November! Check the Facebook page for updates here

Stall Holder Guidelines

  1. All products must be NZ made.

  2. The Fair will be going ahead rain or shine, please prepare yourself for all weather conditions.

  3. The amount of similar type stalls is limited to ensure variety for customers every year. You may be put on our waitlist or declined if we are at our maximum for a certain product type.

  4. Our craft fair is popular for stallholders, this has grown more so over recent years. Once the fair is at full capacity (and you apply after that happens) you will be placed on a 'waitlist'. Being on the waitlist means you're on 'standby' and will contacted by us ONLY if a stall becomes available

  5. We are a small team and our primary job is to manage and operate the Te Awamutu i-SITE Visitor Information Centre. Please be mindful that we may not always be able to instantly respond to your questions, but your craft fair queries are a high priority to us! We will come back to you as soon as we can.
