Opening of Registrations for Craft Fair 2022
We are still in the planning stages and will announce a date for registrations to open by end of August 2022.
(Keep an eye out on our Craft Fair Facebook page for any updates - link below)
Stallholders from 2020:
if your contact details have changed please advise us via email and include your name and business name if you have one.
If you're interested in being added to our database then please email us your:
- Business name (if applicable)
- Town/City you live in
- Phone number
- Email address
- A brief description of your product
- A couple of images or link to your social media.
You will get an email from us, when registrations open.
Guidelines - please read:
1. All products must be NZ made.
2. The amount of similar type stalls is limited to ensure variety for customers every year. You may be put on our waitlist or declined if we are at our maximum for a certain product type.
3. Our craft fair is popular for stallholders, this has grown more so over recent years. Once the fair is at full capacity (and you apply after that happens) you will be placed on a 'waitlist'. Being on the waitlist means you're on 'standby' and will contacted by us ONLY if a stall becomes available.
4. Please be mindful that we may not always be able to instantly respond to your questions, but your craft fair queries are a high priority to us! We are a small team and our primary job is to manage and operate the Te Awamutu i-SITE Visitor Information Centre. We will come back to you as soon as we can.
We are looking forward to see you all in November!
